Came across this (sorry not sure whose blog i found it on) anyway Andrew Chambers blogged last month about “Personal Learning Systems Concept Map” and basicly this diagram maps a modern students learning this because he is thinking of Personal Learning Management System
In his words:
“A Personal Learning Management System is a system that can be used by learners to manage their learning activities and resources. They can use it to create and share content and work with a diverse range of tools external to but in tandem with an LMS system. A PLMS is a concept, an umbrella for implementation and use but possibly not a single integrated system like an LMS.”
